
Yourlixir spirulina is rich in amino acids, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes. Great for hydrating, nourishing and lightly detoxing the skin when used topically. The addition of epsom or sea salts help relieve aching muscles and fatigue and can help the body recover after exercise or lactic acid build up.
- 1/2 cup Yourlixir spirulina powder
- 1/2 cup Epsom or sea salt
- 5-7 drops of essential oil (lavender for relaxation or citrus for energy)
- Flowers (*optional, but it makes us feel fancy!)
Mix the essential oil and salt together. Add the spirulina powder and make a paste that coats the salt. Add this mixture to a warm bath and toss a few flowers in if you're feelin' like a little extra self-pampering. ; )
