What you’ll need:
1 cup rolled oats
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp Yourlixir Turmeric powder
½ tsp ginger powder
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of black pepper
Splash of coconut milk
½ tsp Madagascar vanilla extract
½ mango
Shredded coconut flakes
Oatmeal Superfood REDD Bar
Directions:
- Prepare rolled oats as packaging states
- Once oats are cooked, add the coconut oil and mix until its dissolved, then add the maple syrup, splash of coconut milk and vanilla extract.
- Next add the Yourlixir Turmeric Powder, ginger, black pepper and cinnamon and mix well.
- Top with your favorite fruits, nuts or superfoods (for this recipe we chose mango, shredded coconut and crumbles of REDD superfoods bar).
