Golden Mylk Oats

What you’ll need:


1 cup rolled oats

2 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp Yourlixir Turmeric powder

½ tsp ginger powder

½ tsp cinnamon

Pinch of black pepper

Splash of coconut milk

½ tsp Madagascar vanilla extract

½ mango

Shredded coconut flakes

Oatmeal Superfood REDD Bar

Directions:

 

  1. Prepare rolled oats as packaging states
  2. Once oats are cooked, add the coconut oil and mix until its dissolved, then add the maple syrup, splash of coconut milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Next add the Yourlixir Turmeric Powder, ginger, black pepper and cinnamon and mix well.
  4. Top with your favorite fruits, nuts or superfoods (for this recipe we chose mango, shredded coconut and crumbles of REDD superfoods bar).
